Integratsiyalashgan menejment tizimi (IMT) turli manfaatdor tomonlarning ehtiyojlari va kutilmalarini qondirish uchun bir necha tizimlarni boshqarish uchun mos strategiya bo'lib hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi IMT qoidalarini va uni rivojlantirish hamda qo'llab-quvvatlashning muhim elementlarni belgilash orqali tizimlashtirishdir. Ushbu maqsadni amalga oshirish uchun adabiyotlarning tizimli tahlili amalga oshirildi. Natijalar IMTni rivojlantirish va joriy etish uchun 28 ta element mavjudligini ko'rsatadi. Ushbu elementlarni tanqidiy tahlil qilish orqali IMTning 6 ta qoidasini tizimlashtirish mumkin: tizimli boshqaruv; standartlashtirish; strategik, taktika va operatsion integratsiya; tashkilot o'rganishi; byurokratiyadan xalos bo'lish; doimiy takomillashtirish. Har bir qoida IMTni rivojlantirish va qo'llab-quvvatlash uchun poydevor sifatida xizmat qiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotning ilmiy hissasi shundaki, u IMT nazariyasini belgilash yo'lidagi boshlang'ich nuqtani ifodalaydi. Shuningdek, ushbu natijalarni hisobga olgan holda, IMTning asosini tiplashtirish mumkin, bu esa tadqiqot natijalarining taqqoslanish darajasini oshirishga yordam beradi. Ushbu ishning natijalari shuningdek korxona boshqaruvchilari-ga IMTni boshqarishda sa'y-harakatlarini yaxshiroq yo'naltirishga yordam berishi mumkin va yuqorida tilga olingan poydevorlarni rivojlantirish va qo'llab-quvvatlashda ularga qo'llanma bo'lib xizmat qiladi
