Xorijiy va mahalliy tajribalar asosida qishloq xo‘jaligida innovatsiyalarni joriy etish va ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish uchun bilim almashuvining ahamiyati ta’kidlandi. Maqolada SWOT tahlili yordamida jarayonning kuchli va zaif tomonlari, shuningdek, tashqi imkoniyatlar va tahdidlar tahlil qilindi hamda samarali takliflar berildi.

В данной статье исследуется процесс обмена технологическими знаниями среди фермеров, его практический опыт, существующие возможности и перспективы. На основе зарубежного и местного опыта подчеркивается важность обмена знаниями для внедрения инноваций в сельском хозяйстве и повышения производственной эффективности. С помощью SWOT-анализа проанализированы сильные и слабые стороны процесса, а также внешние возможности и угрозы, даны рекомендации по повышению эффективности.
This article examines the process of technological knowledge exchange among farmers, its practical experience, existing opportunities, and prospects. Based on both international and local experiences, the importance of knowledge exchange for introducing innovations in agriculture and enhancing production efficiency is emphasized. Using SWOT analysis, the article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the process, as well as external opportunities and threats, and provides recommendations to improve effectiveness.
