К ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИЮ КЕРАТОКИСТ ЧЕЛЮСТНЫХ КОСТЕЙ

Рассматриваются вопросы дифференциальной диагностики кератокист с амелобластомой и другими одонтогенными кистами челюстных костей. Сделан акцент на цитоморфологических особенностях кератокист: цитологические различия в биопсийном материале при паракератокисте и ортокератокисте, иммуногистохимической диагностике по цитокератину. Рассматриваются варианты лечения больных, направленные как в сторону радикального подхода (частичная резекция челюсти с одномоментной костной пластикой), так и малоинвазивных, органосохранных методов.

Рассматриваются вопросы дифференциальной диагностики кератокист с амелобластомой и другими одонтогенными кистами челюстных костей.
