The article provides a diagram of a new efficient thread feeder in a knitting machine. An analytical method for determining the tension in the existing and recommended thread handlers is presented. Comparative graphical dependences of the change in the output tension of the thread of the compared nitepatachs are obtained. Based on the analysis of the research results, the substantiated concrete values of the thread-feeder parameters are justified.
