НЕЙРОВИЗАЛИЗАЦИОННЫЕ КОРРЕЛЯТЫ АНОЗОГНОЗИИ В ОСТРОМ ПЕРИОДЕ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ИНСУЛЬТА

Анозогнозия - бемор ўзининг ҳолати ҳакида ўзига баҳо бера олмаслигидир. Ишемик инсультнинг ўткир босқичли 75 та беморларда анозогнозиянинг нейровизализацион коррелянтлари ўрганилди. Бунда қуйидаги методлардан фойдаланилди: МРТ, КТ, F.Fazekas шкаласи, Фишер критерияси. Шундай қилиб, тадқиқот натижалари шуни кўрсатадики, анозогнозиянинг ҳаракат ва когнитив дисфункциялар билан биргаликда келиши,бош мия ярим шарларида катта ҳажмдаги ўткир ишемик инсульт ўчоғлари бўлганда, икки ва ундан ортиқ бўлакларда ҳамда инсульт ўчоғи бош мия орқа бўлмаларида жойлашганда кузатилади

Anosognosy- the absens of a critical assessment of the patient’s own defect or disease. We studied neuroimaging correlations of anosognosia in 75 patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke ,using the following methods: MRT, CT, F.Fazekas scale, Fisher criterion. The results showed that the combination of motor anosognosia and cognitiv dysfunction in the acute period of a hemispheric stroke, is more often observed with large sires of the focus of ischemia involving two or more adjacent lobels, as well as with localization of stroke in the posterior sections of the head ovine brain
