ZANJABIL YETISHTIRISH TADQIQOTLARINING BIBLIOMETRIK TAHLILI: TENDENTSIYALAR, TA’SIR VA GLOBAL HISSALAR (1981–2024)

Zanjabil ildizpoyali o‘simlik bo‘lib, butun dunyoda oziq-ovqat va ichimliklarda keng qo‘llaniladigan ziravor hisoblanadi. Undan olingan efir moyi kuchli antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi va antifungal xususiyatlarga ega. Ushbu tadqiqot Scopus bazasidagi 1981–2024 yillar oralig‘ida chop etilgan 182 ta maqolaga asoslanib, zanjabil yetishtirish bo‘yicha bibliometrik tahlilni amalga oshiradi. Tahlilda yillik nashrlar tendensiyasi, hujjat turlari, eng ko‘p iqtibos keltirilgan maqolalar va yetakchi jurnallar o‘rganiladi. Hindiston, AQSH va Xitoy zanjabil yetishtirish bo‘yicha eng ko‘p maqola chop etgan mamlakatlar bo‘lib, eng ko‘p iqtibos keltirilgan jurnal — European Journal of Lipid Science and Technology. Tadqiqot, shuningdek, mualliflarning mamlakatlari va ularning ilmiy hamkorlikdagi o‘rnini tahlil qiladi. Topilmalar qishloq xo‘jaligi amaliyotchilari uchun foydali bo‘lib, rivojlanayotgan va sanoatlashgan davlatlar o‘rtasida ilmiy hamkorlik va bilim almashinuvini kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi. Soha olimlari va sanoat vakillari o‘rtasidagi hamkorlik zanjabilga asoslangan innovatsiyalar va mahsulotlar rivojini tezlashtirishi mumkin.
