Anjir (Ficus carica L.) ning mikrokлонal ko‘paytirish usuli yuqori sifatli ko‘chat materiallarini olish va nav larni tezkor madaniyatga joriy etish uchun istiqbolli usul hisoblanadi. Biroq, ushbu jarayonning muammolaridan biri fenolik birikmalarning ajralib chiqishi bo‘lib, ular muhitning qorayishiga va eksplantlarning nobud bo‘lishiga olib keladi. Maqolada fenolik qorayishni kamaytirishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari muhokama qilingan: adsorbentlardan (faollashtirilgan ko‘mir, polivinilpirrolidon) foydalanish, antioksidantlar (askorbin kislotasi, limon kislotasi) qo‘shish, ozuqa muhitining tarkibini va yetishtirish sharoitlarini optimallashtirish. Taklif etilgan yechimlar anjirning klonal ko‘payishini samaradorligini oshirish, madaniyatlarning yashovchanligini yaxshilash va sog‘lom ko‘chatlarni barqaror ishlab chiqarishni ta’minlaydi.
