Ushbu tadqiqotda banan navlarini in vitro sharoitida mikroko‘paytirish protokollarini ishlab chiqish yoritilgan. Eksplantlar MS, va DKW ozuqa muhitlariga ekildi, ular o‘z navbatida o‘simlik o‘sish regulyatorlari, asosan BAP va IBA bilan boyitilgan edi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, banan eksplantlarining tirik qolishi va regeneratsiyasi sterilizatsiya sharoitlari hamda ozuqa muhitidagi gormonlar tarkibiga kuchli bog‘liq. Ayniqsa, 2.5–4.0 mg/L BAP va 0.1 mg/L IBA qo‘shil gan kuchaytirilgan MS muhiti nihollarni ko‘paytirish va ularning cho‘zilishida eng yaxshi natijalarni berdi.
