Ushbu tadqiqotda qizil exinatseya (Echinacea purpurea L.) o’simligidan ajratilgan Alternaria alternata izolyatlarining turli oziqa muhitlarida rivojlanishi va kultural xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Tajribada kartoshka dekstrozali agar (KDA), kartoshka glyukozali agar (KGA), Suslo-agar va Chapek-Dox muhitlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, kartoshka asosidagi muhitlarda (KDA va KGA) izolyatlar tez o‘sib, Petri idishini deyarli to‘liq egalladi va juda ko‘p miqdorda spora hosil qilishi kuzatildi. Konidiyalar ko‘p septali, ellipssimon shaklda bo‘lib, o‘rtacha o‘lchami 30×12 mkm ni tashkil etdi. Suslo-agar va Chapek-Dox muhitlarida esa rivojlanib, kam spora hosil qilishi aniqlandi. Ushbu natijalar mavjud adabiyotlar bilan uyg‘un kelib, A. alternata uchun optimal oziqa muhitlari sifatida kartoshka asosidagi muhitlardan foydalanish laboratoriya sharoitida patogenning biologik va morfologik xususiyatlarini o‘rganishda samarali ekanini ko‘rsatdi.
