Tadqiqotlarimizda Gossypium hirsutum L. va Gossypium barbadense L. turlariga mansub mahalliy paxta navlari — Guliston, Surxon-106, Andijon, Buxoro-105, S-6575, S-8296 va Cocer-310 — ning kallus to‘qimalarining morfologik va fiziologik xususiyatlari, shuningdek, induksiya va regeneratsiya jarayonlari o‘rganildi. O‘tkazilgan tahlillar asosida kallus to‘qimalarining holati va ularning turli oziqa muhitlaridagi reaksiyasi tadqiq qilindi.
