The increasing development of the society creates the need to increase the communication between people to a higher level. Therefore, in the world, great attention is being paid to research aimed at developing speech culture and further improving the ethics of communication in language education. Nowadays, the approach to language education from the point of view speech activitiy, the types of the most important and urguen issues not only in foreign languages, but also in mother education.
