Bugungi globallashuv davrida bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining mustaqil ishlash kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish ta’lim tizimining eng muhim talablaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining mustaqil ishlash kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishning ijtimoiy-pedagogik zaruriyatini o‘rganishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining mustaqil ishlash kompetensiyasi darajasini aniqlash, unga ta’sir qiluvchi ijtimoiy-pedagogik omillarni tahlil qilish va mazkur kompetensiyani rivojlantirishga qaratilgan samarali strategiyalarni taklif etishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda aralash metodologiya qo‘llanildi. Jumladan, bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilari o‘rtasida so‘rovnoma o‘tkazildi, ularning mentor-o‘qituvchilari bilan suhbatlar tashkil etildi hamda o‘quv jarayoni kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining mustaqil ishlash kompetensiyasi o‘rta darajada bo‘lib, ayniqsa o‘zini-o‘zi boshqarish va rejalashtirish ko‘nikmalari past darajada namoyon bo‘lgan. O‘quv jarayonida interaktiv metodlardan foydalanish va talabalar faolligini oshirish mustaqil ishlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishda muhim omil sifatida xizmat qilishi aniqlangan. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining mustaqil ishlash kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishda interaktiv ta’lim metodlarini qo‘llash, shuningdek, o‘z-o‘zini baholash va refleksiya ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish zarur ekani ta’kidlandi.
