Mazkur maqolada texnik tartibga solish (Technical Regulation) tizimida sun’iy intellekt (Artifi cial Intelligence – AI) texnologiyalarini joriy etishning ilmiy-uslubiy asoslari va xalqaro tajribalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda texnik tartibga solish jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish, mavjud muammolar va AI texnologiyalarining amaliy qo‘llanish yo‘nalishlari (standartlashtirish, metrologiya, sertifi katlashtirish, muvofi qlikni baholash) ko‘rib chiqilgan. ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000 hamda ISO/IEC 27001 kabi xalqaro standartlar doirasida AI tizimlarining boshqaruv, xavfsizlik va risk menejmenti mexanizmlari tahlil etilgan. Shuningdek, ISO, IEC, WTO, Yevropa Ittifoqi (EU) va Yevroosiyo iqtisodiy ittifoqi (EAEU) doirasida AI texnologiyalarini texnik tartibga solishga joriy etish bo‘yicha ilg‘or tajribalar keltirilgan. Maqolada O‘zbekiston uchun texnik tartibga solish tizimida AI joriy etish bo‘yicha strategik yondashuvlar, amaliy taklifl ar va raqamli transformatsiya konsepsiyasiga mos ilmiy asoslar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari texnik tartibga solish tizimini zamonaviy sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalari asosida rivojlantirishga, qaror qabul qilish sifatini oshirishga va xalqaro standartlarga muvofi qlikni ta’minlashga qaratilgan В данной статье анализируются научные и методологические основы и международный опыт вне дрения технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в систему технического регулирования. Рассматриваются вопросы цифровизации процессов технического регулирования, существую щие проблемы и области практического применения технологий ИИ (стандартизация, метрология, серти фикация, оценка соответствия). Анализируются механизмы управления, безопасности и управления ри сками систем ИИ в рамках международных стандартов, таких как ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000 и ISO/IEC 27001. Также представлены лучшие практики внедрения технологий искусственного интеллекта в техни ческое регулирование в рамках ISO, IEC, ВТО, Европейского союза (ЕС) и Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС). В статье разработаны стратегические подходы, практические предложения и научные основы внедрения ИИ в систему технического регулирования Узбекистана в соответствии с концепцией цифровой трансформации. Результаты исследования направлены на развитие системы технического регулирования на основе современных технологий искусственного интеллекта, повышение качества принятия решений и обеспече ние соответствия международным стандартам. This article analyzes the scientifi c and methodological foundations and international experience of implementing artifi cial intelligence (AI) technologies in technical regulation systems. It addresses the digitalization of technical regulation processes, existing challenges, and areas of practical application of AI technologies (standardization, metrology, certifi cation, and conformity assessment). It also examines the governance, security, and risk management mechanisms of AI systems within the framework of international standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 31000, and ISO/IEC 27001.The article also presents best practices for implementing artifi cial intelligence technologies in technical regulation within the framework of ISO, IEC, WTO, the European Union (EU), and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The article develops strategic approaches, practical proposals, and a scientifi c basis for implementing AI in Uzbekistan's technical regulation system in line with the concept of digital transformation. The research aims to develop a technical regulation system based on modern artifi cial intelligence technologies, improve the quality of decision-making, and ensure compliance with international standards.
