In this article, the tutoring activity is studied as an important factor that contributes to the personal development of students in the educational process. This activity helps to organize the educational process in an individual way. The tasks of guiding, advising and assisting tutors in the educational process are highlighted, and their contribution to the comprehensive development of students is discussed. It is noted that the use of innovative technologies in tutoring activities, for example, online platforms and reflection methods, serves to develop students' knowledge and skills. The article also shows the importance of an individual approach and the effectiveness of interactive methods. The results of the article prove that tutoring has a special place in the modern education system and provide practical recommendations for improving its methodological foundations.
