The formation of human qualities in young people, the emergence of practical and useful subjects of activity, and the need for a person who manages society require competence. On this basis, the need to develop the professional competence of future professional personnel and organize the personal academic activities of students in the process of higher education is philosophically based in this article. Specific aspects of the purposeful organization of human life and activity are considered. The article allows us to determine the optimal features of the formation and development of personal competence.
