This article provides a scientific analysis of the potential for applying modern technologies in the repair, restoration, and preservation of historical and architectural monuments located in Central Uzbekistan. Using architectural heritage sites in the Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Bukhara, and Navoi regions, as well as the city of Karshi, the study highlights the role of 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, digital modelling, GIS (Geographic Information System) technologies, and electronic documentation in documenting monuments, assessing their technical condition, and planning restoration and conservation works. Particular attention is also given to preserving the historical appearance and original state of monuments through the integration of modern technologies with traditional restoration methods.
