This article provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the development of creative abilities in preschool children. The theoretical part of the study covers in detail the essence of the concept of creativity, the psychological, pedagogical and sociocultural factors influencing its formation, as well as the role of game activity in the development of creative thinking. In the practical part, individual, family, educational and sociocultural factors that shape children's creative thinking are systematically studied on the example of preschool educational institution No. 9 of the Oltinsoy district, and the results of the analysis are summarized on a scientific basis. The article substantiates the importance of the educator’s personal creativity, an innovative educational environment and effective cooperation with parents. At the end of the study, theoretical and practical recommendations were developed to develop children’s creative activity in the preschool education system.
