This research paper analyzes the methodological foundations of the development of new types of logistics and delivery services in the digital economy and systemic reforms aimed at their improvement. The main attention is paid to the structural structure of the delivery system, its functional elements and their interrelationships, as well as issues of increasing the efficiency of the system through the introduction of modern technologies (digital platforms, automated control systems, artificial intelligence, IoT). The study provides a scientific and theoretical justification for the transformation of logistics services and the delivery system, their integration with the external environment, the principles of feedback and their impact on the national economy. It also highlights the directions of modernization of the national logistics infrastructure using the example of systemic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. This work serves to increase the competitiveness of the service sector through the introduction of new logistics models.
