With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, edge computing (Edge AI) is gaining increasing importance. Optimization of AI algorithms and architectures in this field has become a critical factor for achieving high performance, low latency, and energy efficiency. This paper explores current challenges related to limited computational resources, data security, adaptation of algorithms to hardware constraints, and integration with cloud services. It also proposes approaches and strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of AI at the edge.
