Technologies of planning and organizing the educational process in higher education institutions

This article highlights the scientific-theoretical and practical aspects of planning and organizing the educational process in higher pedagogical institutions. The educational process is analyzed as a purposeful, systematic, and well-planned pedagogical activity rather than a spontaneous phenomenon. The author elaborates on the stages of organizing the educational process, including diagnosis, goal-setting, content selection, choice of methods and tools, resource allocation, and monitoring and evaluation. The article also discusses the role of modern pedagogical technologies such as learner-centered, collaborative, problem-based, project-based, and game-based approaches. Furthermore, the creation of an educational environment, the support of student self-governance, and the effective use of digital and information-communication technologies are emphasized. The study concludes that systematic planning and organization of the educational process in higher education institutions are key factors in developing students’ moral, professional, and social competencies.
