ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The article considers the issues of assessing and forecasting the water-heat regime of the subgrade of highways in arid climate conditions. The study analyzed the mechanisms of wetting under the influence of deep and close groundwater, as well as side collectors. The moisture distribution of the subgrade was determined using differential equations based on the theory of heat and mass transfer. The calculation results made it possible to develop engineering recommendations for increasing the stability of road structures.
