This scientific article provides an in-depth analysis of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and chatbot technologies in the modern tourism and hospitality services sector. In recent years, the rapid development of digital technologies has become a crucial tool in automating and optimizing the processes of providing tourism services, as well as enhancing customer-oriented approaches. In particular, the use of chatbots has improved service quality and expanded the ability to respond to customer needs in real-time. The article covers the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence and chatbots, their technological features, applications in global and national practices, advantages, existing challenges, and promising directions. Based on the research results, scientifically grounded recommendations for further development of digital innovations in the tourism sector are provided.
