Benzimidazol hosilalari - o'z ichiga azot olgan universal geterotsiklik birikmalar bo'lib, uzoq vaqtdan beri biologik faol moddalarning istiqbolli sinfi sifatida tanilgan. Benzimidazolning juda kopchilik hosilalari keng doiradagi biologik va farmakologik (masalan, antibakterial, yallig'lanishga qarshi, yaraga qarshi, diabetga qarshi va boshqalar) faollikni namoyon qiladi. Ushbu maqola almashingan bezimidazol hosilalarining tuzilishi va farmakologik faolligini o'z ichiga oladi.

Benzimidazole derivatives are universal nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds that have long been known as a promising class of biologically active substances. Very many benzimidazole derivatives have a wide range of biological and pharmacological (such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antidiabetic, etc.) activities. This article covers the structure and pharmacological activity of substituted bezimidazoles.
