Проведен анализ низкотемпературного поведения химического потенциала  квазидвумерного электронного газа вблизи точки резонанса (на дне минизоны) и вдали от нее. Получены низкотемпературные аналитические формулы для (T) в условиях существование произвольного числа минизон. Показано, что с ростом температуры вблизи точки резонанса химический потенциал линейно уменьшается, а в середине резонансных точек – экспоненциально медленно. Аналитические формулы сравнены численным решениям.

An analysis is made of the low-temperature behavior of the chemical potential of a quasi-two-dimensional electron gas near the resonance point (at the bottom of the miniband) and far from it. Low-temperature analytical formulas for are obtained under the conditions of the existence of an arbitrary number of minibands. It is shown that with increasing temperature near the resonance point, the chemical potential decreases linearly, and exponentially slowly in the middle of the resonance points. Analytical formulas are compared to numerical solutions.
