The  article  considers  all  the  possibilities  and  advantages  of  using  surface  laser  scanning. The  working  principle,  the  structure  and  the  scope  of  application  of  three-dimensional  laser  scanners  is explained.  Analyzed  and  found  a  potential  solution  to  the  disadvantages  of  three-dimensional  laser  scanning systems.
