The role of gender at the natonal level urges the study of gender terms within onomasiological, semasiological and lexicographic aspects from cognitive semantics viewpoint. The article is situated in the context of gender and language and cognitive terminology issues. The study challenges the traditional theory of terminology with regard to the principles of concept and term.

Мамлакатимизда гендер муносабатларининг давлат сиёсати даражасига кўтарилиши гендер соҳасига доир терминлар тизимини чуқур тадқиқ этиш, бу соҳа терминлари мазмун-моҳиятини ономасиологик, семасиологик, лексикографик хусусиятларини когнитив аспектда ёритишни тақазо этади. Мақолада гендер ва тил, когнитив терминологияга доир тадқиқотларнинг ривожи, хусусан анъанавий терминология назариясининг мунозараталаб бўлган концепт ва терминга нисбатан муносабати тадқиқ этилади.

Важность гендерной проблематики на государственном уровне требует изучения гендерных терминов в аспекте ономасиологии, семасиологии и лексикографии с точки зрения когнитивной семантики. В статье исследуются этапы развития иссследований проблемы гендера и языка и когнитивной терминологии, в частности дискуссионный анализ подхода традиционной терминологии к концепту и термину.
