Жамоат транспортида йўловчиларнинг манзилга етиб бориш учун сарфлайдиган вақти унинг хизмат кўрсатиш сифатини белгиловчи асосий мезонлардан саналади. Жамоат транспорти ҳаракати олдиндан ишлаб чиқилган жадвалдан чиқиб кетса, йўловчилар манзилига ўз вақтида етиб бора олмайди, натижада ундан фойдаланиш даражаси пасаяди. Мазкур масаланинг илмий ёндашуви йўловчининг манзилга етиб бориш вақтини интеграл баҳолаш мезонини ишлаб чиқиш, кейин алоҳида параметрлар бўйича тадқиқотлар олиб боришни тақозо этади. Ушбу мақола йўловчининг манзилга етиб бориш вақтини интеграл баҳолаш мезонини ишлаб чиқиш ҳамда алоҳида параметрларни такомиллаштириш бўйича тавсиялар ишлаб чиқишга йўналтирилган.

Время, затрачиваемое на общественный транспорт, до места назначения является одним из основных критериев, определяющих качество обслуживания транспортом. Если движение общественного транспорта превышает заранее разработанный график, пассажиры не смогут вовремя добраться до места назначения, в результате снизится его использование. Научный подход к этому вопросу требует разработки критериев комплексной оценки времени прибытия пассажира в пункт назначения с последующим исследованием индивидуальных параметров. Данная статья направлена на разработку интегральной оценки времени прибытия пассажира в пункт назначения и выработке рекомендаций по улучшению индивидуальных параметров.

The time spent on public transport to the destination is one of the main criteria that determine the quality of its service. If public transport exceeds a predetermined schedule, passengers will not be able to reach their destination on time, resulting in reduced use. A scientific approach to this issue requires the development of criteria for a comprehensive assessment of the time of arrival of a passenger at a destination, followed by a study of individual parameters. The article is aimed at developing an integral assessment of the time of arrival of a passenger at a destination and providing recommendations for improving individual parameters.
