В данной статье проведён анализ оптических закономерностей происходимых в оптических усилителях на основе редкоземельных ионов. Приведены спектры люминесценции эрбий-иттриевых ортоалюминатов измеренных в различных температурах.

This article analyzes the optical laws occurring in optical amplifiers based on rare-earth ions. Luminescence spectra of erbium-yttrium orthoaluminates measured at different temperatures are presented.
