Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон Республикасининг 2030 йилга келиб Глобал инновацион индекс рейтингида жаҳоннинг 50 та илғор мамлакатлари қаторига кириши бўйича белгиланган мақсадга эришиш имкониятларини аниқлаш учун рейтингдаги кучли ва кучсиз индекс/ субиндекслар таҳлили ёритилган. Тадқиқотлар ГИИ рейтингдаги 50 та илғор мамлакатлар ҳамда Ўзбекистоннинг кучли ва кучсиз индекс/ субиндекслари таққослама таҳлилига асосланган. Таҳлил натижалари асосида рейтингдаги 50 та илғор мамлакатлар қаторида юқори ўринлар учун рақобат кураши мавжудлиги асослаб берилди. Мазкур гуруҳда ўтиш иқтисодиётидаги мамлакатлар сонининг ортганлиги кузатилди.

Для определения возможности реализации цели по вхождению Республики Узбекистан в группу 50 передовых стран в рейтинге Глобального инновационного индекса (ГИИ) были проанализированы сильные и слабые индексы/субиндексы в рейтинге. Исследования основаны на сопоставительном анализе сильных и слабых индексов/субиндексов 50 передовых стран рейтинга ГИИ и Узбекистана. По результатам анализа обоснованы факторы конкурентной борьбы за высокие позиции в рейтинге 50 передовых стран. Выявлен рост в данной группе числа стран с переходной экономикой, в связи с этим проведен их сопоставительный анализ.

We have reviewed the rating list of the Global Innovation Index (GII), including strong and weak indices/sub-indices, in view to determine a feasibility for the Republic of Uzbekistan to enter the list of 50 advanced countries. The research is based on a comparative analysis of the strong and weak indices/sub-indices of 50 leading countries of the GII rating, and indicators pertaining to the Republic of Uzbekistan. The findings prove the fact of competition among 50 advanced countries for high positions in the ranking. The research had revealed a growth of the number of transition economies in this group and made a comparative analysis of those countries.
