Umumjahon, klassik falsafadan farqli o'laroq, amaliy falsafa ko'plab o'zgaruvchanliklarida ilgari ko'plab falsafiy bo'lmagan xalqlarning milliy falsafasi sifatida namoyon bo'ladi. Bu Dog'istonning davlat qurilishi va rivojlanishidagi falsafaning roli to'g'risidagi maqolada ko'rsatilgan.

Рассматривается вопрос о способности философии мыслить в контексте логически вытекающего из него вопроса о с'остоятельности практической философии. В отличие от общемировой, классической философии практическая философия во многих своих вариациях предстает как национальная философия многих, прежде нефилософских народов. В статье это продемонстрировано на примере роли философии в национально-государственном строительстве и развитии Дагестана.
