Ishlab chiqarishning barcha sohalarida moddalarni tahlil qilish va ularning tarkibini aniqlashning har xil usullaridan keng foydalaniladi. Ushbu maqsadlar uchun moddalar tarkibini tahlil qilish va aniqlashning turli usullari qo'llaniladi. Har bir usul o'zining afzalliklari va kamchiliklariga ega. Ushbu maqolada rentgen-spektral tahlil masalalari, uning asosiy xossalari va parametrlari muhokama qilinadi, ular asosida o'rganilayotgan moddaning tarkibini aniqlash imkoniyati paydo bo’ladi.

In all areas of production, various kinds of analysis of substances and the determination of their composition are widely used. For these purposes, various methods of analysis and determination of the composition of substances are
used. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. This article discusses the issues of X-ray spectral analysis, its main properties and parameters, on the basis of which it becomes possible to determine the composition of the substance under study.

Во всех областях производства широко используются разного рода анализа веществ, определение их состава. Для этих целей используются разновидные методы анализа и определения состава вещест. У каждого
метода есть свои преимущества и недостатки. В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы рентгеноспектрального анализа, его основные свойства и параметры, на основе которых появляется возможность определения состава исследуемого вещества.
