В данной статье рассмотрены современные тенденции обеспечения прав детей, ее значение, роль информационных ресурсов, технологий и социальных сетей, роль международных и национальных программ в области образования, науки, искусства и спорта в защиты прав детей. Освящены взгляды как зарубежных так, и отечественных ученых в этой области, и дана авторская позиция самого автора.

This article examines modern trends in ensuring children's rights, its importance, and the role of information resources, technology and social networks, the role of international and national programs in the field of education, science, art and sports in protecting children's rights. The views of both foreign and domestic scientists in this field and the author’s own position is given.
