This article presents opinions on the construction of parking lots and their proper management. The number of spaces in the parking lot is determined by how it is represented by several related parameters. Interrelationship graphs of parking turnover rate, occupancy rate, and the number of cars using the parking lot during the day are analyzed in this article. At the same time, it is possible to use the parking lot more efficiently by organizing the correct management of the parking lot. That is, it will be possible to save fuel and time by creating convenience for users with the help of telematic equipment from the parking lot.
