В  данной  статье  раскрываются  связи  между  языком, 
переводом  и  предметом  лингвистики  (языкознание).  Перевод  –  это  творческий 
процесс. Формулируя высказывания профессора Г.Саламова, можно сказать, что 
перевод  это  заново  созданное  творение  текста  или  устной  речи,  созданный  на 
одном  языке  посредством  другого  языка.  Чтобы  заниматься  переводом,  нужно 
хорошо знать данный язык, но одного этого, конечно же не достаточно.

In  this article,  it has given an  idea about relation with  the  language 
and  the  subject  of  linguistics.  The  translation  is  creative  process.  The  professor 
G.Salomov says, recreation with created text or oral speech’s other means is important. 
Somebody  must  know  the  language  for  translating,  but  only  knowing  the  language 
somebody cannot translated the text.
