В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с микробиологической контаминацией, что
является важным условием выращивания здорового посадочного материала при размножении голубики в условиях
in vitro. Приведены сведения об основных возбудителях заболеваний – грибах, бактериях и вирусах, – которые могут
встречаться в эксплантах голубики при недостаточной стерилизации, а также даны практические рекомендации
по предотвращению контаминации патогенами.

The article discusses the problems associated with microbiological contamination, which is an important condition
for growing healthy planting material when propagating blueberries in vitro. It provides information on the main pathogens
– fungi, bacteria and viruses – that can be found in blueberry explants with insufficient sterilization, and also gives practical
recommendations for preventing contamination with pathogens.
