The credit-modular system is an effective educational approach that enhances the competencies of students in various fields, including sports management and officiating. This paper explores the process of developing students' competencies in organizing sports competitions and refereeing through a structured curriculum within the creditmodular system. Key areas of focus include theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and continuous assessment. The study uses analytical tools and surveys to assess the students' progress and includes recommendations for further enhancement of these competencies.
