В данной статье рассматриваются объект и признаки должностного подлога, их характерные уголовно-правовые аспекты, в частности, их наличие в уголовном законодательстве, а также проблемы, возникающие в связи с отсутствием точного определения понятия «существенный вред» в соответствующих нормах, в связи с чем разработаны рекомендации по разрешению вопросов профилактики и разграничению сферы преступления в виде должностного подлога.
This article illustrates the objective side of the forgery and its criminal legal significances, including which are specified in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. For example, the meaning of “in significant damage” is not given the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. That is why there are some problems in this field. In addition, proposals and recommendations for further improvement of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
