The southern regions of Uzbekistan are blocked only from the eastern side of the Gissar mountains. In connection with the openness, the remaining parties freely penetrate the cold cyclones from the north side, and from the south-west side of the region the hot Kara-Kum cyclones freely penetrate with strong hot winds in any periods of the year in which often coinciding with the phase flowering cause the sparsity and hollowness of the wheat ear grain wheat in which cause great economic damage in grain production. According to the results of our research using the optimal rates and ratios of mineral fertilizers, the negative effect of weather conditions is successfully overcome (N210P110K70), as a result of which the increase in the yield of winter wheat grain to 70,4 soums/ha net income reaches 1157011 soums/ha, profitability 76,7%.
