Ularning yeg’ilish jarayonida yangi va zamonaviy materiaalar ishlatiladi ular o’zining yuqori chidamliligi va
yengilligi bilan farqlanadi. Maxsus kleylar yordamida avtomobillar yig’ish metodlari ko’rib chiqildi. Maxsus
keyarni avtomoobil yig’ishda ishlatish murakkab jarayon xisoblanib bu jarayonda asosan epoksiy yelimi
ishlatiladi. Ammo uni ishlatishdan oldingi jarayon yani yuza ishlovlarini amalga oshirish ko’rsatib o’tilgan.

В статье рассмотрена современная технология сборки автомашин. Установлено, что при их
сборке используются ультрасовременные материалы, которые отличаются своей прочностью и
лёгкостью. Описаны методы сборки автомобилей с помощью специальных клеев и смазочных
материалов. Показано, что использование клеев при автомобильной сборке не простой процесс и
производится на основе эпоксидной смолы. Раскрыта технология склейки деталей, включающая ряд
этапов: обработку поверхности разными жидкостями и при разных условиях эксплуатации.
The article reveals the modern technology of car assembly. Ultramodern materials are used during
assembling, which differ in strength and light weight. Methods of car assembly with the help of special glues and
lubricants were considered. Applying adhesive in auto manufacturing is a slightly more complicated process than
just slathering on some glue and holding the two parts together. For one thing, automotive structural adhesives
are made from chemicals called epoxies. Further complicating the adhesive application process are the unique
needs of an automotive production line. In some cases, adhesives must be applied to an entire section of the car
in a single batch. After some additional parts are attached and bonded, the section may need to go through a
cleaning and painting process before the final pieces are attached. As a result we can obtain more light and
strength car.
