Maqolada itlarda gastrotomiya jarrohligida oshqozon devorining jarrohlik yaralarini yopishda qo'llaniladigan turli tikuv texnikalari va tikuv materiallarining yara bitish jarayoniga ta'siri o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot Toshkent davlat agrar universiteti veterinariya klinikasida o'tkazilib, oshqozon shikastlanishi yoki yot jism yutish bilan bog'liq patologik holatlar tashxislangan turli zotdagi olti itda gastrotomiya amaliyoti bajarilgan. Hayvonlar har biri uchta itdan iborat ikki guruhga bo'lingan. Birinchi guruhda oshqozon yarasi sintetik lavsan tikuv materiali bilan Shmiden va Lambert choklaridan iborat ikki qavatli tikuv texnikasi yordamida yopilgan. Ikkinchi guruhda yara ipak tikuv materiali bilan bir qavatli seromuskulyar Lambert choki yordamida yopilgan. Operatsiyadan keyingi davrda umumiy holat, ishtaha, xulq-atvor, defekatsiya va jarrohlik yarasining mahalliy holati kuzatilgan. Yara holati operatsiyadan keyin 5 va 10-kunlarda baholangan.
