Ushbu tadqiqot Ferula kuhistanica Korovin oleo-gum smolasini yig'ish va uni quritilgan kukun holiga keltirish uchun dala-laboratoriya protokolini hujjatlashtiradi. Qashqadaryo viloyati Dehqonobod tumanidagi tabiiy Ferula chakalakzorlari o'rganildi. Lateks ildiz bo'ynining yuqori qismini ketma-ket kesish yo'li bilan olindi, kesilgan yuza karton va selofan bilan to'g'ridan-to'g'ri quyosh nurlaridan himoyalandi; ekssudat 4-5 kunlik intervallarda yig'ildi va yuza qayta nozik kesildi. To'plangan smola doka ostida soyada quritildi, kukun holiga keltirildi va muzlatgichda noaniq idishlarda saqlandi. Ferula kuhistanica hududdagi asosiy Ferula turi edi. Yig'ish iyul boshidan oktyabrning birinchi yarmigacha amalga oshirildi va ildiz hajmiga qarab har bir o'simlikdan 20-25 martagacha takrorlanishi mumkin edi. Quritilgan mahsulot oqimchan, oqish kukun bo'lib, F. assa-foetida smolasiga qaraganda ancha zaif sarimsoqsimon hidga ega edi. Antgelmintik samaradorlik bu ishda baholanmagan.
