This article consists of interesting facts related to the library, its structure, composition, collections of books, newspapers and magazines, their admission to the fund of the institution, which is contained in the Bukhara State Museum-Reserve. The library, which was originally created as one of the museum’s divisions with a collection of manuscripts and documents, is criticized in the article for the negative impact of this situation on the museum’s exhibits. The museum’s library consists of a rich collection, the total number of its books exceeds 5 thousand copies, which fields of science they belong to, during which period they were collected, and there is also information about traveling book exhibitions. The journals related to the museum from the museum library and the scientific articles contained in them will also be analyzed.
