This article studied the hatchability indicators of silkworm breeding lines during the incubation period in the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The study analyzed the embryonic development and hatchability percentage of 48 breeding families belonging to Line 300, Line 301, Line 30, and Line 31. According to the results, the hatchability level in all lines was high (98.7–99.1%), with the best result recorded in Line 301.
