The article examines modern approaches to the formation of library human resources in the context of digital societal transformation and the implementation of sustainable development principles. It analyzes the main trends in the modernization of library activities, driven by the introduction of digital technologies, the development of electronic information resources, and changing user needs. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign experience, promising directions for library human resource policy are identified, aimed at adapting staff to the modern challenges of the digital environment.
