ARTICLE ANNOTATION

This article analyzes the dramaturgical activity of Hoji Muin, who made a significant contribution to the development of the Uzbek national theatre in the early 20th century. The main focus is on the stage work “The Wedding”, with particular attention paid to its creation history. In addition, the article examines Hoji Muin’s approaches to expressing the ideas of the Jadid movement in stage characters. The research results contribute to a deeper understanding of the history of the Uzbek national theatre and to the development of stage art.
