The article examines the improvement of innovative mechanisms for managing regional transport logistics to accelerate the development of the motor transport services sector. It highlights the goals of creating a competitive environment and favorable conditions for carriers of all forms of ownership, as well as increasing the transport and transit potential of the Republic. It is noted that there is currently no centralized dispatch management and control system for transportation processes, adherence to schedules, efficiency of electronic passenger fare payments, or completeness and timeliness of revenue collection. Furthermore, the functions performed by the Motor and River Transport Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan are largely duplicated by specially authorized regional bodies managing passenger transport. Therefore, the article substantiates the need to implement modern digital technologies and innovative management solutions in the regional transport logistics system.
