ETHICAL STANDARDS

The Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board, authors, and reviewers must strictly adhere to ethical standards, the main of which are as follows:

1. The Editor-in-Chief and members of the Editorial Board are obliged to:

1. Ensure an unbiased and objective review of incoming manuscripts regardless of the authors' place of work and residence, religious, ethnic, or political affiliation;
2. Respect the scientific views of the authors without disclosing information about manuscripts submitted to the Journal to anyone (except potential reviewers);
3. Select reviewers from among qualified specialists in the field of science relevant to the submitted manuscript, and keep the identities of the reviewers confidential;
4. Avoid known or potential conflicts of interest when selecting reviewers that could lead to a biased evaluation of the manuscript;
5. Prevent, in particular, the peer review of a manuscript by co-authors of recently published scientific works, colleagues, administrative subordinates of one of the co-authors, or researchers who are or were recently scientific advisors to one of the co-authors;
6. Refrain from using data, results, or their interpretation contained in submitted manuscripts in their own work without the consent of the authors;
7. Inform readers upon receiving substantiated evidence of the publication of erroneous data, results, or interpretations in the Journal, making appropriate corrections whenever possible.

2. Reviewers, by agreeing to review a manuscript, are obliged to:

1. Undertake an unbiased and objective review, evaluating the manuscript based on the novelty and reliability of the presented data and results, as well as its compliance with current global standards and the scope of the Journal;
2. Report identified plagiarism or duplicate publication of the same materials, and check for appropriate references to prior works;
3. Immediately decline to review a manuscript in the presence of a conflict of interest or upon discovering one during the review process;
4. Refrain from using data, results, or their interpretation from the reviewed manuscript in their own work without the authors' consent;
5. Maintain confidentiality regarding information about manuscripts submitted to the Journal for consideration.

3. Authors are obliged to guide themselves by the following principles:

1. Bear full responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of the submitted materials;
2. Avoid plagiarism, concurrent submissions, or duplicate publication of the same materials;
3. Include references to prior works, databases, and other sources of used information in the manuscript, and declare sources of financial support for the research;
4. Include all individuals who made a substantial contribution to the published research as co-authors, and exclude persons who did not participate in the work submitted for publication;
5. Respond promptly, politely, and substantively to reviewers' feedback, comments, and recommendations arising during the text editing and graphic preparation stages;
6. Inform the Journal upon discovering errors in submitted or published materials, making corrections to the work whenever possible.
