Semiconductor Physics and Microelectronics

The scientific journal "Semiconductor Physics and Microelectronics" established its publication activity in 2019. It is registered under ISSN 2181-9947 and is included in the list of scientific journals recommended by the Supreme Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for publishing the main research findings of doctoral dissertations. The journal is published 6 times a year (6 issues per year). It primarily accepts scientific articles in semiconductor physics, semiconductor microelectronics, semiconductor materials science, semiconductor radiation physics, as well as heliophysics and alternative energy sources. This journal provides researchers and scientists with recognized standing and valuable opportunities to share their research results with the scientific community.

Articles in the journal are published in Russian and English.
