Ushbu maqolada paxtani tozalash korxonalarida ishlatiladigan chigitli paxtani mayda va yirik iflosliklardan tozalash uskunalari tahlili hamda yechimlari keltirilgan. Uskunalarning konstruksion tahlillari asosida kamchilik va afzalliklari asoslangan. Bundan tashqari, chigitli paxtani mayda iflosliklardan tozalash uskunalari tozalash samaradorligi ko‘rsatkichlarining terim turiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tahlillar asosida chigitli paxtaning sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini yaxshilash bo‘yicha ilmiy tadqiqot ishlari olib borish zarurligi ta’kidlangan. Rezinali qistirma hamda yoysimon qoziqchalarning takomillashtirilgan konstruksiyasi nazariy hisobkitob qilingan. Yoysimon qoziqcha hamda rezinali qistirmaning matematik modeli va yangi kontruksiyasi ishlab chiqilib, Jizzax viloyati Zarbdor tumani paxta tozalash korxonasining tozalash sexida joylashgan 1XK mashinasiga o‘rnatildi va tajriba-sinov o‘tkazildi.

В данной статье представлена информация по анализу оборудования для очистки семенного хлопка от мелких и крупных примесей, используемого на хлопкоочистительных предприятиях, и разработке решений по его совершенствованию. Достоинства и недостатки оборудования выявлены на основе структурного анализа. Кроме того, было изучено влияние показателей эффективности очистки хлопкоочистительного оборудования на тип уборки. На основании анализа необходимо провести научные исследования по улучшению качественных показателей хлопка-сырца. Теоретически рассчитана усовершенствованная конструкция резиновых прокладок и арочных свай. Разработана математическая модель и новая конструкция дугообразного крючка и резинового уплотнителя, установленных на машине 1ХК, расположенной в очистительном цехе хлопкоочистительного предприятия Зарбдарского района Джизакской области, и проведены экспериментальные испытания.

This article provides information on the review and solutions for a piece of equipment destined for cleaning seed cotton from minor and major impurities used in cotton ginning enterprises. The advantages and disadvantages of the equipment are being based on a structural analysis. Moreover, the study covers issues of the effects of the cleaning efficiency indicators of the seed cotton cleaning equipment on cotton harvesting strategies. According to the review, the scientific research on improving the quality indicators of seed cotton is being considered very relevant. A better design of rubber gaskets and arched piles has been theoretically developed. The research has resulted in the development of a mathematical model and a new design for an arc-shaped hook and a rubber seal, a 1XK machine installed in the cleaning workshop of a cotton ginning enterprise in Zarbdar district, Jizzakh region, and experimental testing.
