Shuningdek, ushbu qurilmalarning paxta chigitini tozalash va saralash jarayonida afzallik va kamchiliklari hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha olib borilgan amaliy va nazariy ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari tahlil qilingan. Olib borilgan ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlarida g‘o‘za chigitlarini tozalash va saralashda muallif tomonidan kuzatilgan dolzarb muammolardan biri bo‘lgan tarkibida yigiruvga yaroqli tolasi bor chigitlarni chigitlar oqimidan ajratib olish masalasi ilgari surilgan. Shu bilan birga, mavjud qurilmalarning ishchi organlarida chigitlar harakati nazariy o‘rganilgan hamda chigit harakat traektoriyasiga mos ravishda harakat differentsial tenglamalari tuzilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, chigitlarni tozalash va saralash mashinalarini harakatlantiruvchi ish yuzasiga bir tekisda joylashtirish imkoniyatini yaratish va yuza bo‘ylab harakatlanuvchi chigitlarga ta'sir qiluvchi kuchlarni aniqlash texnologik jarayonning samaradorligini oshirishga olib keladi.

В данной научной статье представлена информация о физико-механических свойствах семян хлопчатника, которые являются одним из основных продуктов хлопчатобумажной промышленности, а также существующих устройствах РНС, СХА, УСМ, которые применяются для очистки и сортировки семян, отделяемых от волокна во время первичной обработки хлопка. Также проанализированы преимущества и недостатки этих устройств в процессе очистки и сортировки семян хлопчатника, проведена практическая и теоретическая научно-исследовательская работа, направленная на устранение недостатков. В процессе научно-исследовательской работы авторов возник вопрос отделения из потока семян, содержащих пригодные для прядения волокна, что является одной из актуальных проблем при очистке и сортировке семян хлопчатника. Кроме того, в результате анализа установлено, что равномерное размещение очистительно-сортировочных машин по движущейся рабочей поверхности и определение сил, действующих на перемещающиеся по поверхности семена, приводит к повышению эффективности всего технологического процесса.
The article elucidates the physical and mechanical properties of cotton seeds, regarded as one of the main products of the cotton industry, and reviews existing devices (RNS, SHA, and USM) used for cleaning and sorting seeds separated from fiber, which is detached from the seeds during the primary treatment of cotton. The advantages and disadvantages of these devices in the process of cleaning and sorting cotton seeds, as well as practical and theoretical research on their elimination, have also been reviewed. The implemented research has raised the issue of separating seeds containing fibers good for spinning from the seed flow, which is one of the pressing issues, according to the author, when cleaning and sorting cotton seeds. Moreover, based on the review findings, it was established that enabling a uniform placement of seed cleaning and sorting machines on a moving working surface and determining the forces acting on moving seeds on the surface facilitates the efficiency of the technological process.
